Join Caterpillar, the world's leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, as a Product Change Control Technician. This offers the chance to work on both new product introductions and current product changes across our Desford and Stockton facilities.

This role is varied and engaging - you'll balance detailed data management with hands-on collaboration on the production line, working closely with manufacturing, engineering, planning, and logistics teams to deliver change efficiently and cost-effectively.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and communicate accurate change data in MCS, Glovia, and SAP.
• Interpret engineering releases and drawings to create item masters and product structures.
• Coordinate procurement, manufacturing, and rework activities to meet change effective dates.
• Lead weekly cross-functional meetings, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Monitor material and document readiness to support smooth product transitions.
• Bring fresh ideas to improve processes, reporting, and meeting effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

✔ Strong Excel skills - capable of building dashboards and reports.
✔ Confident communicator - able to lead meetings with multiple stakeholders.
✔ Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
➕ SAP, Power BI or Python skills would be an advantage.
