Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving digital change? We're seeking a seasoned Programme Manager to lead a portfolio of IT transformation projects at our Larne site. This is a high-impact role within a global organisation undergoing rapid growth and innovation.

As Programme Manager, you'll be at the helm of multiple IT initiatives, including:

  • Salesforce implementation to streamline customer engagement and data management
  • Software upgrades across core operational platforms
  • Digital transformation projects to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Stakeholder alignment across local teams and global corporate IT functions

You'll work closely with a team of 10, including project managers, IT specialists, and business analysts, while reporting into senior leadership. This role demands a confident communicator who can translate technical complexity into clear, actionable plans.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and brings:

  • 3+ years' experience in programme or project management, ideally within IT or digital transformation
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, budgets, and timelines
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across departments and geographies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project Online, Planner, and Office Suite
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive solutions
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g. manufacturing, energy, pharma) is a plus
