Rate: £34.20 per hour
Contract Duration: 12 Months (Likely to Extend)
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to join our clients dynamic team in Peterborough. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and implementing complex organisational change initiatives designed to drive performance improvement across the business.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, providing guidance, structure, and influence to help stakeholders successfully navigate change and realise business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed needs analysis and impact assessments to determine the most effective change implementation strategies.
- Provide expert consultation and recommendations to stakeholders on managing organisational change.
- Influence and lead individuals and teams through change adoption, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Deliver consistent and timely execution of change management programs and activities.
- Monitor progress, assess risks, and make recommendations to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Organisational Change Management: Proven ability to support transitions in culture, practices, and structures to achieve desired outcomes.
- Data Gathering & Analysis: Skilled in collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to inform change strategies.
- Conflict Management: Capable of identifying and resolving conflicts to maintain collaboration and team cohesion.
- Dealing with Ambiguity: Comfortable adapting to uncertainty and evolving priorities while maintaining effectiveness.
- Influencing & Relationship Management: Able to build strong relationships and use persuasive communication to gain stakeholder buy-in.
- Communicating for Impact: Clear and concise communicator with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
- Planning & Organising: Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, manage multiple tasks, and deliver results on schedule.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Prior experience in organisational change, transformation, or a related business function preferred.
