IAM Developer
Location: Remote (UK)
Salary: Up to £100,000 + Benefits
I'm currently recruiting for an experienced IAM Developer to join a leading organisation delivering large-scale Identity & Access Management transformation programmes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on enterprise IAM solutions, developing and enhancing identity platforms that support thousands of users across complex business environments.
What you'll be doing
- Design, develop and support One Identity Manager (1IM) solutions.
- Build identity lifecycle workflows, provisioning processes and automation.
- Integrate IAM platforms with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Office 365, LDAP, SAP and other enterprise applications.
- Develop SQL queries, stored procedures and custom connectors.
- Support platform upgrades, enhancements and production environments.
- Troubleshoot complex IAM issues and work closely with security, infrastructure and architecture teams.
What we're looking for
- Strong commercial experience with One Identity Manager (1IM).
- Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management, Identity Governance and user provisioning.
- Strong SQL and database development skills.
- Experience with scripting using PowerShell, VB.NET, JavaScript, VBScript or similar.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, Entra ID (Azure AD) and authentication technologies.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
Desirable
- Experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk or Okta.
- Knowledge of SAML, OAuth or OpenID Connect.
- Cloud experience (Azure, AWS or GCP).
