Services Sales Coordinator
Location: London (1/2 days a week)
Contract: 6 Months
Rate: £300-£350 per day (Outside IR35)
We're partnering with a leading global technology organisation to recruit an experienced Services Sales Coordinator to join their Professional Services team on an initial 6-month contract.
This role sits at the heart of the Professional Services Sales function, supporting the sales process from initial customer engagement through to project handover. Working closely with Account Managers, Professional Services Consultants and Project Managers, you'll coordinate services opportunities, prepare customer proposals and ensure everything is in place before work moves into delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Professional Services Sales team throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Coordinate Professional Services opportunities from initial enquiry through to project handover.
- Work with Account Managers to understand customer requirements and define the appropriate services offering.
- Schedule discovery calls and planning meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate the preparation of Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, quotations and supporting documentation.
- Assist with pricing requests, approvals and general commercial administration.
- Track opportunities through Salesforce (or a similar CRM), ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
- Liaise with Professional Services teams to confirm resource availability, timelines and project readiness.
- Act as the central point of coordination between Sales, Professional Services and customers throughout the pre-sales process.
- Support forecasting, reporting and general administrative activities for the Services Sales team.
- Ensure a smooth handover of signed opportunities into the delivery team.
About You
- Previous experience in a Services Sales Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Professional Services Coordinator or similar role.
- Experience supporting sales activities within a technology, cloud, networking or IT services environment.
- Comfortable coordinating proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), quotations and customer-facing documentation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially minded with a good understanding of the sales lifecycle.
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform is highly desirable.
- Previous exposure to Professional Services or technology consulting would be advantageous.
- Fluent English is essential.
