The opportunity:

This global organisation is introducing an AI-powered product information management (PIM) platform across its EMEA and GEE regions. The platform will replace an existing PIM system and help teams create, translate and publish product information across multiple brands and markets.

We're looking for an AI Ops Coordinator to help bring the platform into use. Working within a small team focused on improving processes and product data, you'll coordinate the progress of approximately 19,000 SKUs, with a target completion date of 27 February 2027. You'll also support the rollout of an AI translation solution covering approximately 26-28 languages.

What you'll do:

• Test and review AI-generated product content for quality, accuracy and suitability.
• Give clear, practical feedback to the platform vendor to improve its output.
• Work with brand and product teams to understand copy writing requirements for different brands and markets.
• Track each SKU through content creation, translation, validation and publication.
• Coordinate follow-ups and help resolve issues that could delay progress.
• Train end users on the new platform, including occasional face-to-face sessions.
• Support the initial implementation and help establish effective ways of working as the platform rolls out.

What we're looking for:

• Strong organisation skills and the ability to keep a high-volume project moving.
• Good judgement when reviewing written content and spotting errors or inconsistencies.
• A clear English communicator who can explain processes accessibly to colleagues across Europe, including non-native English speakers.
• Confidence working with brand, product and external vendor teams.
• An adaptable, proactive approach to learning new tools and improving processes.

Experience with product data, PIM systems, content operations, translation workflows or AI tools would be useful, but extensive experience is not essential. We're particularly interested in someone who learns quickly, takes ownership and is comfortable working in a changing project environment.
