Due to the demand for their products and services across the world, they are expanding their Customer Support Team and are now on the hunt for a Customer Support Executive to help with their supplier onboarding process.  

Our client is striving and has proven to be an innovating leader, who is creating amazing solutions to help their customers save money, time and to manage their software solutions for the better.

Position Overview...

This is a fun and customer-focused position and you will play a pivotal role within a team setting ensuring the successful delivery of customer onboarding. You will use your excellent telephone manner and well-written emails responses to make initial contact with new suppliers.  You will be tasked with building relationships with suppliers and through these relationships, you will identify opportunities for the upsell of additional services and pass this information to the correct teams within the sales department. 

Do you have ...

  • A great, positive can-do attitude.
  • Experience working in a customer-focused environment. 
  • Experience working in a multifunctioning team. 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications. 
  • Experience of working in a call center.
