The opportunity is with a leading market research company who are looking for someone to head up, train and develop a growing team of Analysts


Role Objectives

 You will be responsible for creating, managing & leading a team that can:

  • Create competitive advantage through the way they deliver high quality actionable insight to clients
  • Create a central hub that step-changes the quality of insight we are delivering to clients by utilising the full breadth of data assets available to create the most compelling actionable insight
  • Help enhance our strategic insight agenda by creating compelling insight proof-points that support the Practice Leaders in their creation of strategic thought leadership
  • Develop a pipeline of high performing future talent by using this team as an entry point for exceptional Graduates



  • Demonstrate knowledge of company solutions and services and how these can be leveraged to create unique and compelling insight that best answers defined client questions
  • Understands industry macro and micro trends to provide strategic insights utilising these macro trends and context data
  • Ensure the team have ready access to the full set of solutions in order to extract the necessary insight from them as and when required
  • Leads, directs, enables and motivates the team to exceed commercial goals
  • Develops external reputation for expertise - drives industry thought leadership including speaking at external industry events
  • Responsibility & accountability for P&L – effective cost & expense management
  • Being the arbiter of all team grievance & disciplinary matters
  • Ensures timely and accurate dissemination of all management information, exercising good judgment

  • Demonstrates a high level of ability to deliver impactful and influential Insight alongside the ‘so what and what now’ principles
  • Demonstrates planning, leadership, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications
  • Ability to inspire commitment and excellence and drive for results
  • Able to effectively manage diverse teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to “command the room”
  • Ability to integrate solutions & multiple data sources to create the optimum answer to client questions
  • “Player/coach” who elevates team performance
