83zero is proud to be working with the world’s leading private international healthcare services company, which is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their team in Gerrards Cross.

A British-founded organization, they have completed over 500 projects in 55 different countries across both the public and private sector, working with prestigious names such as the United Nations, the World Bank, and the International Finance Corporation.

Due to growth in their business and teams, we are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their team who loves to work with a range of technology and face different technical challenges on a daily basis.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for on-site and remote users, supporting them across both software and hardware technologies, along with having involvement in technical projects.

Working directly with the IT Manager, you will also have the opportunity to expand your knowledge across a wide range of technology across their internal IT infrastructure.

Along with providing Technical Support, you will also have the opportunity to work on the roll-out of new software deployments as they upgrading their IT environment.

Key Skills

  • You are a born problem solver! You love to work on technical issues and enjoy fault resolution
  • You have experience working in an IT Support, Service Desk, or Help Desk type role, where you have proven experience supporting end users
  • You have experience and are comfortable troubleshooting the Microsoft OS and any experience working with Windows Server, would be highly beneficial
  • You have experience working with M365/O365 products. Ideally, experience in supporting users across Exchange Online and any experience with SharePoint or Teams is also highly beneficial
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management including setup and support
  • You have a good understanding of basic Networking concepts
  • You have experience with hardware support, including PC, Laptops, Tablets, Phones, and Printers

Desirable

  • Any exposure to Virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V) or Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) would be beneficial
  • Any experience working with backup systems such as Veeam, BackupExec, or similar would be beneficial, but not essential
  • Any experience working with Anti-Virus products such as McAfee or similar would be highly beneficial, but not essential
  • Any experience with Wireless LAN troubleshooting and the support of voice/video communication systems
