Our client who are one of the fastest-growing digital consultancies in their space are looking for a Jnr Account Manager to join their rapidly growing team.
This individual will be self-motivated and creative about sales. The company are looking for someone who will be committed and determined to get results quickly.
Key Duties:
- Regular contact with existing customers to retain their business.
- Understand each customer's needs and ensure that you have the right decision maker for each account.
- Work on high-level account plans to give you a better understanding of each account.
- Focus on generating opportunity for the entire business.
- Negotiating contracts for renewals .
Skills and Desires:
- Desk-based account management experience.
- A good track record in sales development, ie generating new leads and closing sales.
- Good communication skills, ie through telephone or email.
- Soft computer skills.
