Position Overview

This position will see you join our clients Enterprise Escalation Technical Support team.

You will join a team of passionate trouble-shooters who want to solve tricky technical issues, share and build knowledge centres and help customers get the best out of their software solutions.

There is no technical ceiling on this role as you will own cases from escalation to working with Engineering teams to solve complex issues.

Key Skills

  • Troubleshooting is in your blood! You are a technical problem solver and love to take on new challenges on a daily basis.
  • You are a Linux or Unix enthusiast. You have experience troubleshooting or systems administration of Linux or Unix environments.
  • Experience troubleshooting and working with either VMware or Hyper-V
  • Exposure or experience to working with networking tools, such as routing, switching, Wireless networking, TCP/IP or Ethernet would be beneficial, but not essential  
  • Excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to work well under pressure on crisis cases.
  • Show’s the desire to learn and share knowledge. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment.
