We are interested in speaking with IT professionals who have experience working in a Microsoft Support position, who want to work in a diverse role with complex trouble-shooting and project work!
Position Overview
You will join a team of passionate techies, who love to take on new challenges and knowledge share to always improve each other’s technical ability
This will be a fast-paced environment where no day is the same. You will work closely with technical support teams in helping solve escalated cases, whilst also collaborating closely with Technical Leads and Delivery Consultants on projects, including implementations and configurations.
Key Skills
- You’re a natural IT trouble-shooter. You love to solve complex networking issues and can demonstrate a strong troubleshooting process and methodology
- A background in a Microsoft Technical Support, Project Engineer, or Systems Administrator position.
- A solid understanding and experience of supporting the Windows Operating System
- Experience supporting and administrating technologies within the O365 suite. Any experience with O365 migrations would be a huge plus!
- A good understanding of Active Directory and basic networking protocols, such as DNS, TCP/IP, etc.
- Any experience working across Azure environments would be beneficial, but not essential.
