This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious organisation in London on a greenfield project.
You will be working on a CRM implementation project on the deployment of MS Dynamics and bespoke software.
Key Performance Areas
- Act as the project lead on CRM projects
- Be the primary liaison between the business and technical teams during the lifecycle of projects
- Perform market analysis to identify potential solutions, including an understanding of similar organisations
- Lead the procurement process, from creating the RfP to evaluating the vendor responses in order to present a benefits analysis for viable options
- Produce and implement project plans; monitoring progress against key milestones and deliverables, and achieving agreed targets and outputs
- Create and implement budgets; proactively managing costs in line with the business case, monitoring and resolving variances, and providing financial reports and forecasts
- Actively assist in the user acceptance of projects, ensuring that testing is completed within timescales required and working with users to embed the product into the business
- Produce training documentation and user guidance notes for each project as required, and plan and organise training of users as part of project implementation
- Report progress and outcomes within the business planning cycles of and other reporting requirements
- Develop and maintain high quality working relationships with key internal stakeholders, outsourced partners and third parties
Key Attributes
Essential:
- Proven project management experience working independently, with strong accountability to deliver multiple projects to plan
- Previous proven experience in successful CRM systems implementation, based on MS Dynamics
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills with a track record of collaboration with internal and external clients, able to manage a variety of stakeholder interests and needs
- A problem-solver, with commercial acumen, intellectual flexibility and strategic orientation - sees the big picture and the detail
- Willingness to be flexible and work autonomously as a member of a small team
- Accurate numeracy for maintenance of budgets and meticulous attention to detail
- Drive, energy and enthusiasm for motivating staff towards business change
- E-literate with strong IT skills – competent in developing, administering and using PC and associated networks and systems (e.g. Microsoft Office) to acquire, manipulate and disseminate information
Desirable:
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of working to a project management methodology, such as Prince II, Agile or other relevant methodology
