We are working with an exciting software security start-up company, based in Amsterdam who are looking for an experienced Technical Customer Support Engineer to join their growing team!

Our client has been branded as innovators within their market space and from their founding in 2014, they have now grown to over 30 people and have created a market-leading software platform, used by organisations across the globe.

Your mission as a Technical Customer Support Engineer 

  • You will act as an escalation point for solving complex and critical issues, whilst also working with Engineering teams to stop re-occurring problems. 
  • Working closely with the customer success team, on new projects for customers 
  • You will act as a Team Lead for the Front-Line Support Engineers, offering mentorship and guidance
  • Analyse recurring issues and working with software engineering and support teams to provide pragmatic solutions
  • Supporting customers through projects, demos’ and pilots of our client’s software
  • Creating FAQ, instruction and training materials
  • Work with key stakeholders within the business to help define, strategize and improve offerings


Key Skills 

  • Fluent in Dutch and English 
  • You are born technical problem-solver, who enjoys taking on new technical challenges you have never seen before!
  • Strong experience working with Windows Server 2012R2 upwards 
  • Experience building and supporting Microsoft Exchange Server and experience with Microsoft O365 
  • Strong knowledge and experience and supporting Active Directory
  • Experience working Remote Desktop tools such as Windows RDS or Citrix etc. 
  • Experience working in an ITIL environment would be ideal
  • Experience working with ADFS (Active Directory Federation Services) or AzureAD, would be beneficial but not essential
