Service Design Manager– Permanent
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits (21 Days Annual Leave, Pension Scheme, DIS + additional bens)

Role Overview
You will take ownership of the Managed Services Service Portfolio, including the full design of exciting new service offerings, regular review and continued viability and value assessments of live services.
You will also need to provide support of the sales teams in ensuring that the correct services are aligned to client requirements. This involves leading pre-sales meetings and providing leadership of customer requirement discovery works treams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of a portfolio of service designs
- Create all service design related documents
- Manage supplier assessments and onboarding processes and documentation
- Creation of Service Design business reporting
- Responsible for internal and external resources required to support the design process
- Attend to customer sales meetings
- Lead customer service discovery and validation workshops
- Attend relevant Industry events to understand evolving market trends
- Research into competitor analysis and provide reviews
- Organise regular reviews to understand customer demand for IT Services
Experience:
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- 2 years’ experience in a Service Management Role
- Experience in Service Desk and Infrastructure Management services.
