Service Manager - Permanent

Location: Marlow

Salary: £25,000 - £30,0000

Our client is a leading global software and data analytics company. They offer an expert service to ensure their clients engage their workforce as effectively as possible.

 

Role Overview:

As a service manager you will be managing the software and services for a mixture of internal and external customers and also help in the growing of the business service team.

You will have hands on interaction with the services to planning and looking at how the company can get the most and drive usage from the services they offer. You will work with the aim of self service and automation being at the heart of how you drive forward.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Key stakeholder management
  • Ensuring each service has up to date documentation
  • Provide training to end users
  • Help support direct businesses (potentially outside of normal UK working hours)
  • Take ownership of the incident management process, ensuring excellent customer service and frequent communication
  • Create ways to automate and enable self-service whilst increasing productivity within the business
