Technical Business Analyst
Salary: £55,000 + 25 Days Holiday, Pension Scheme, Private Medical, Café & Gym Membership
Location: High Wycombe
This role will see you working directly with our client’s customer base, providing impeccable business analysis and supporting their aspiration to deliver quality automated customer engagement frameworks.
You will be working with The Service Delivery Team, and working alongside/reporting to the Lead Technical Business Analyst.
You will be required to resolve customer problems using industry leading proprietary product suites, acting as the principle technical interface between the customer, stakeholders and development teams.
Day to Day tasks:
- Develop solution strategies
- Produce top class documentation in compliance to the client’s ways of working
- Lead business and technical workshops
- Requirements gathering
- Produce project road maps in line with the project strategy
- Supporting commercial teams in technical pre-sales discussions
Key Skills/Experience:
- Customer facing experience
- Experience in a full software development life cycle/SDLC technology environment (Agile and/or Waterfall)
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
Desirable:
- BSC Diploma or IIBA Level 3 Certified Business Analysis
- Experience of working in matrix structures with cross functional teams and
- Operating under both line reporting and project task managers
- Familiarity of technologies such as: Cloud, AWS, .Net, HTML, JSON, JavaScript & Webhooks (although not essential)
