UI Designer - Permanent
Location – UK Wide
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 (D.O.E) + Benefits
This is an exciting chance for a UI Designer to join a well-established, global technology services and digital transformation consultancy. As the UI designer, your focus will be UI Visual Design. You will also be involved in UX Design, so this is a great opportunity for a UI Designer who is looking to further develop their UX skills. You will work from concept to production on multiple projects, across multiple regions.
The Role:
- Plan and deliver the design work within projects / deadline requirements
- Understand user objectives and usability challenges
- Provide design specifications for delivery teams
- Create modern screen designs with functional commentary and checklists for all new services
- Manage design backlog
- Working with multiple teams in Agile / Scrum design and development environments
Essential Skills:
- Solid experience as a UI Designer / Visual Designer
- Experience working on Mobile, Tablet and Desktop interface
- Pixel perfect UI design
- Visual concept development
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite software
- Competent in OmniGraffle
- Responsive design experience
- Experienced working in an Agile environment
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Experience with CSS and HTML5
- Understanding of core UX principals
- Strong client facing / presentation skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
