Our client is the market leader in Print Management software and they're growing their Technical Support team in Bracknell.

They're looking for Technical Engineers or Consultants from the Print Management space, who love technical troubleshooting and going above and beyond for customers!

This is a hybrid-based role and would require you to be able to travel to their offices in Bracknell 2-3 days per week.

Position Overview…

  • You will join a team of passionate trouble-shooters who love to take on complex technical issues, share knowledge with peers and go above and beyond for customers!
  • Our client's customer base has a wide range of technical ability and you will be responsible for solving escalated technical issues from our associate team and taking on some of our most complex and tricky technical cases.
  • There is no technical ceiling on this position as you will deal with a variety technical cases, facing different challenges each day.

What you've got…

  • Must have strong troubleshooting and customer-facing experience!
  • You have experience supporting ideally PaperCut Software. If you don't have experience with PaperCut, we'd also consider candidates with competitor products such as Equitrac, Y-Soft, PrintCity etc…
  • Has solid knowledge of Windows OS and any exposure to Linux or MacOSX, would be ideal - but not essential.
  • You want to be able to work with a wide variety of large, complex problems as part of a supportive team and feed that urge to constantly learn about new technologies, techniques and issues
  • Being great with people, you communicate well both in person and over email.
  • Most importantly, you have a logical and calm attitude, and excellent aptitude for troubleshooting
