This is a hybrid role (predominantly remote working) Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 base salary, plus benefits, perks, health-care options and an unlimited training budget for any certifications you wish to achieve! We have successfully delivered over 200 digital identity engagements in the last five years and are recognised by analysts as one of the world's leading providers of IAM strategic consulting, advisory, and delivery services.Your precise roleDepending on your experience, interests and the direction in which you want to take your career - but it will include some combination of the following:* Establishing IAM business requirements* Working as a client-side advisor, undertaking consultancy and advisory work on IAM* Developing IAM-related processes and Target Operating Models (TOMs), designing IAM capabilities, covering both technology and business aspects* Implementing IAM technology solutions, establishing IAM business process change* Delivering or leading IAM projects or transformationsYour skills and experienceYou will be comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team. You will have practical experience in IAM covering some of the following:* Business analysis in support of IAM capability change* IAM consultancy and advisory work, helping understand and guide digital identity improvements within an organisation* IAM Target Operating Model work and the development of effective IAM processes and structures* IAM solution design and architecture* IAM delivery, for example using technologies such as SailPoint, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, CyberArk, or other productsWe know that IAM is a broad field, and we will flexibly consider applications from a range of backgrounds, from the more technical to the more business-focused, and including candidates with transferrable skills developed using less-common IAM products.SC eligibility and BPSS Clearnace is required for this position.If you are interested please send your CV or call 07441 920 863
