83zero are partnered with a leading global fintech to deliver a crucial contract hire as they continue to roll out and enhance their next-gen customer engagement and value proposition platforms.
This role is for a loyalty and value-add obsessed Product Owner who thrives on delivering tangible features that reward user behaviour, increase retention, and make every transaction feel like part of something bigger.
This isn't just about points and perks. You'll be instrumental in shaping a shared merchant loyalty program, expanding dynamic spend controls, and embedding data-led decisioning that transforms the customer experience. This is a hands-on, business-critical role, not one for passengers.
🔍 What You'll Be Doing:
Define and drive the product vision for loyalty and value-added features across a scalable payments platform
Collaborate with merchants, partners, and cross-functional teams to craft features that add genuine business value
Own and prioritise the roadmap with a laser focus on increasing customer retention, rewards utility, and platform engagement
Use data, insights, and stakeholder feedback to fuel continuous optimisation
Act as the go-to SME on loyalty programme innovation and value-adds within the fintech and payment ecosystem
✅ What You'll Need:
Proven experience delivering loyalty programs or value-added features in the fintech, payments, or retail-tech space
Strong stakeholder management experience, particularly working with merchant coalitions and external partners
A commercial and strategic mindset with a passion for building products that truly enhance customer value
Comfort working in Agile environments with tools like JIRA and Confluence
Ability to hit the ground running and take ownership from day one
📍 Logistics:
Day rate: £500 Outside IR35
Location: 2 days/week in London, hybrid flexibility otherwise
Duration: Initial 6 months with strong extension potential
