We're looking for a Business Development Manager to help us unlock new markets, build high-impact partnerships, and fuel our next phase of growth. You'll be a key member of our founding commercial team - owning deals from pitch to close, shaping how we go to market, and helping define what growth looks like for a next-gen fintech. This isn't just a sales role - it's an opportunity to have a seat at the table as we scale something big.

💥 What You'll Do

  • Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships across sectors (think: e-commerce, B2B SaaS, embedded finance).

  • Own the full BD lifecycle - from sourcing to onboarding - with a bias for action and outcomes.

  • Collaborate with Product, Ops, and Compliance to build partner solutions that are win-win.

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new verticals and geographies.

  • Represent us at industry events, pitches, and partner meetings.

  • Constantly iterate - test, learn, refine. We're data-led, and we move fast.

🧠 What You'll Bring

  • 3-6 years' experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales - ideally in fintech, payments, SaaS, or fast-scaling tech.

  • A proven track record of closing deals and building commercial relationships that drive revenue.

  • Strategic thinking paired with killer execution - you can see the big picture and make it real.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; you're confident in the room and sharp in the follow-up.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit. Comfortable with ambiguity, hungry for growth, and never waiting to be told what to do.

  • Bonus points if you've worked in international markets or helped launch new products.
