We're now hiring a Business Development Manager to take this value proposition to market and help us grow our client base across London and beyond. You makehigh-impact, hybrid role for someone who understands the MSP space, knows how to communicate the value of cloud and cybersecurity services, and thrives in a consultative, relationship-led sales environment.

You'll be joining a delivery-led business with strong technical credibility, an ambitious growth plan, and the backing to do things right - no hard sell, no shortcuts, just proper solutions that make a real difference.


💼 What You'll Be Doing

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with mid-sized organisations across target sectors

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and marketing-generated activity

  • Engage with senior stakeholders (business owners, directors, and operational leads) to understand business challenges and position tailored solutions

  • Promote our core service areas: managed IT, cloud transformation, cybersecurity, and strategic support

  • Own and lead the full sales cycle - from discovery and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and close

  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to scope requirements and ensure solution-fit

  • Accurately manage CRM activity and sales forecasting

  • Contribute feedback into service development, marketing messaging, and go-to-market strategy


✅ What We're Looking For

  • 3-6 years' experience in a business development, account management, or consultative sales role within an MSP, IT services provider, or cloud/cyber-focused consultancy

  • A strong understanding of the MSP landscape, with awareness of how cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services fit together for modern businesses

  • Proven ability to win new business - from prospecting to close - ideally within the mid-market segment

  • Confident and credible in front of both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Commercially sharp, highly motivated, and comfortable owning revenue targets

  • Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal skills

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys autonomy, accountability, and trust
