Territory Sales Manager - UK South West (Remote)

We're partnered with a high-growth challenger vendor in the backup & storage space, seeking a Territory Manager to take full ownership of the UK South West region. This is a chance to make a meaningful impact in a vendor that's consistently outpacing the traditional players.

💰 What's on Offer

  • Package: £180,000 - £200,000 + per annum (50/50 split)
  • Commission: Uncapped and Accelerators in place for anything over 100% of quarterly target
  • Quarter Bonuses: Additional 10k USD bonuses for hitting 100% of quarterly targets
  • Cash Car Allowance: £780 per month (£9,360 per annum)
  • Annual Leave: 25 days + bank holidays
  • Private Medical: Health & Dental (75% reimbursement of your selected policy) + Life Insurance
  • Pension: Company contribution up to 4%
  • Company Stock: Eligibility for stock grant (details confirmed in contract)

💼 What You'll Be Doing

  • Driving end-user sales with full ownership of bookings, forecasting, and target achievement.
  • Recruiting, enabling, and scaling new reseller and distribution partners - building fresh channel relationships, not relying on legacy networks.
  • Managing channel, distribution, and alliance activities to create sustained pipeline momentum.
  • Engaging enterprise customers across sectors such as Finance, Government, Energy, and more.
  • Owning the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution positioning, closing, and long-term partner development.

🔍 What We're Looking For

  • Hard-working, intelligent, and driven - competitive, persistent, and motivated to win.
  • Proven track record selling backup, storage, or data-protection solutions (e.g., Commvault, NetApp, Pure Storage, Veritas, Cohesity, Rubrik, Dell/EMC etc...).
  • Strong experience building and enabling channel partners - signing, developing, and growing relationships for a focused, single-product vendor.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - able to create opportunities, not wait for them.
  • A well-established network across UK distributors, VARs, and enterprise customers.
