Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and demonstration of technical proof-of-concepts to validate solution value and feasibility.
• Act as a technical ambassador, providing clear insights and recommendations to customers and partners.
• Work with our global teams to build standards and technology blueprints for repeatable use
• Shape and deliver solution designs that harness the latest in AI, data, and digital platforms.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders at every level, fostering empathy and understanding.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement driving lessons learned and sharing best practices across our organisation.
• Deliver technical presentations at internal and external forums, supporting thought leadership and brand growth.
• Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to deliver excellent results, inclusively and ethically.

Essential Skills - What You'll Bring:

• Detailed implementation experience to AWS Connect, Verint workflow solutions, or emerging contact centre technologies.
• Deep technical understanding of modern cloud platforms, including AI and data solutions.
• Outstanding communication able to explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences with clarity and confidence.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building across diverse teams.
• Collaborative mindset enthusiastic about co-creating with colleagues, partners, and clients.
• Knowledge of security, data privacy, and compliance practices in technology delivery.
• Driving capability modelling sessions with business, vendors and technology stakeholders to create roadmap architectures
• Agile approach to problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Track record of crafting solution architectures rooted in business needs, customer journeys, and innovation.
• Excellent organisational skills comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Curiosity and a desire for continuous learning in technology and beyond.
