Are you an experienced Senior Service Designer with active SC clearance looking for your next opportunity?

Join a leading global IT consultancy and play a key role in delivering high-profile public sector digital transformation programmes.

You'll have the opportunity to tackle complex challenges, influence service strategy and design intuitive, accessible, user-centred services that make a genuine difference to people's lives.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Leading end-to-end service design activities, from initial discovery through to implementation and delivery.

• Designing and shaping innovative digital services around user needs and business objectives.

• Applying GDS standards, accessibility requirements and inclusive design principles.

• Planning and facilitating workshops, stakeholder sessions, co-design activities and design sprints.

• Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including UX/UI Designers, User Researchers, Product Owners and Developers.

• Using research, insights and service mapping to identify opportunities and improve customer experiences.

• Supporting and mentoring junior designers while contributing to the wider design community.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience operating as a Senior Service Designer within complex digital transformation environments.

• Strong knowledge of GDS standards and user-centred design principles.

• Experience leading service design projects and engaging senior stakeholders.

• Excellent workshop facilitation, communication and collaboration skills.

• Active SC Security Clearance is essential.
