Data Scientist

We're looking for a Data Scientist to analyse complex datasets, develop predictive models, and uncover opportunities that drive smarter decision-making. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to translate data into measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Develop, test, and deploy statistical and machine learning models

- Communicate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and product teams
- Continuously improve model performance and analytical processes
Requirements:
- Experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics
- Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, and data visualisation tools
- Experience with statistical modelling and machine learning techniques
- Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving skills and commercial awareness
