We're looking for a motivated Channel Partner Manager to manage and grow an established reseller network across France while also identifying and developing new dealer and reseller partnerships.

π― The Role
Reporting directly to the Cluster Lead, you'll play a key role in driving channel growth throughout France.
You'll be responsible for:
πΉ Managing and strengthening relationships with existing partners
πΉ Acquiring new dealers and reseller partners across France
πΉ Driving sales growth and exceeding revenue targets
πΉ Delivering product demonstrations and partner training
πΉ Supporting resellers with opportunities, tenders, and customer engagement
πΉ Collaborating with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams
πΉ Representing the business at events, webinars, and partner meetings
This role is fully remote, but regular travel within France is essential.
π§© What We're Looking For
βοΈ 2-3 years of sales or channel experience
βοΈ Fluent French speaker (essential)
βοΈ Energetic, driven, and ambitious mindset
βοΈ Comfortable with partner management and business development
βοΈ Willingness to travel regularly across France
βοΈ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
β Highly Desirable Experience
Experience in:
- Print management solutions
- Channel/reseller sales
Candidates with strong direct sales experience and channel awareness are also encouraged to apply.

π― OTE β¬70k-β¬75k realistic earnings
π Top performers can exceed β¬90k-β¬100k
π Additional annual bonus:
- 1% paid immediately upon achieving annual target
- 1% paid the following May based on product sales mix performance
